Commercial and Business Area Waste Management

From a request to provide a solution to the problem arising from the Business Area waste as we received the data, we submit the results of the analysis (base on secondary data) of its composition

1. the largest organic category of leftover cooking and food (kitchen waste)
2. various types of plastic (PET, and all types of plastic waste)
3. paper, cardboard and all kinds of paper, cloth



1. Waste processing with the largest composition of food / cooking leftovers, generally high water content and perishable, should be carried out with biodigester technology, producing organic fertilizer and natural gas (biogas). Alternative treatment of water from kitchen waste is to become nutritious raw water for watering parks and plants

 

2. Biogas and oil produced by plastic pyrolysis in this analysis are used as fuel for power plants to meet the needs of full mechanization of Integrated Waste Management Sites (TPST). The energy balance, on the assumption of clean plastic waste and PE quality, shows a surplus for the supply of supporting machine energy including conveyors, organic waste counters, plastic waste counters, plastic waste pyrolysis reactors and compost separator / dewatering and others,

3. Analysis of the TPST Revenue / Cost ratio shows operational suplus (including operational personnel, excluding depreciation of capital goods and building investment),

Discussion and Conclusions

1. Waste management in commercial business areas has economic feasibility by the manager (outsourcing) at a tipping fee of Rp 1,100,000 / ton

2. Obtaining nutritious raw water for watering the area
