Mesin kompos otomatis Biophoskko® ARK-1000L dengan dimensi ( tinggi = 180 cm, lebar = 165 cm, panjang = 280 cm) terbuat dari logam, serat fiber resin, peredam, outlet terminal untuk motor 1 fasa atau 3 fasa, terminal outlet untuk listrik kipas (exhaust fan), kran elektrik 2 buah, sensor suhu, panel kontrol, dan peralatan aerasi lainnya. ARK-1000L merupakan solusi tepat dan sempurna untuk memproses berbagai jenis bahan organik menjadi kompos, yakni material yang memiliki sifat seperti halnya tanah atau humus, yang sangat penting guna memulihkan siklus materi dalam ekosistem.
Berbagai jenis bahan organik yang dapat diproses pada mesin ini adalah semua bahan limbah yang berasal dari makhluk hidup seperti sampah rumah tangga ( foodwaste, tinja, urin, sampah halaman) dan limbah pertanian ( sisa tanaman, ranting dan kayu kecil, serbuk gergaji, kayu chip), limbah ternak ( kotoran, sisa pakan, limbah pakan, daging hewan dan ikan) dan bahan organik lainnya sisa aktivitas manusia. Kategori material organik ( material yang dapat diuraikan kembali ke alam) termasuk sisa-sisa makanan, kertas, residu tulang ikan, kulit buah, potongan sayuran, dan berbagai jenis material sisa aktivitas manusia yang berasal dan terbuat dari makhluk hidup.
Kemampuan mesin kompos tipe ARK-1000L adalah mengurai bahan organik hanya dalam 5 hari menjadi kompos. Proses dekompisisi akan selesai, dan kapasitasnya dapat ditingkatkan lagi dengan cara penambahan sampah maupun bahan organik lainnya setiap saat terdapat ruang dalam tabung karena menyusutnya bahan selama masa penguraian (dekomposisi).Mengubah sampah organik menjadi sesuatu yang berguna untuk pemeliharaan kesuburan tanah dan sebagai penyedia nutrisi bagi tanaman di sekitar lingkungan seperti hotel, restoran, lingkungan publik, hutan, perkebunan, dll. Kompos juga dapat dijual secara komersial untuk petani, pemilik taman, kepada semua orang yang memiliki hobi berkebun, keperluan perkebunan, keperluan hobi dan pemulihan lahan pertambangan maupun pembukaan hutan lainnya.
Sederhana dan mudah untuk menerapkan cara modern dalam pengolahan sampah ini. Siapkan sampah atau aneka jenis material organik 3 m³ ( meter kubik) atau setara berat sekitar 1 ton. Pertama, sampah atau bahan organik harus dipotong-potong kecil ( sekitar 10-15 mm) dengan menggunakan pisau atau mesin perajang atau pencacah. Masukkan langsung ke ARK komposter Rotary Klin. Dalam wadah yang berbeda siapkan 1 kg ( 0, 1% dari berat sampah organik) aktivator kompos Green Phoskko® ( GP-1), tambahkan molases atau tetes tebu untuk 9 sendok dan dicampur hingga merata dan simpan selama 2-4 jam. Setelah membuat larutan aktivator, tuangkan Activator Kompos Green Phoskko® ( GP-1) setelah dilarutkan tersebut ke dalam tumpukan material organik dalam komposter.
Pada hari ke 3 sampai 5 proses dekomposisi memperlihatkan gejala panas ( hingga 70 derajat celcius) , ditandai uap muncul, dan terlalu tingginya suhu akan membuat berputarnya aeration tool secara otomatis setiap kali suhu lebih dari 55 derajat celcius. Pada Hari ke-5 – 7 jika suhu dibawah 30 derajat celcius atau telah dianggap sudah dingin, kran pintu bagi pengeluaran pupuk cair akan terbuka secara otomatis. Setelah cairan dari proses aerobik keluar semua, selanjutnya mengeluarkan kompos padat dari dalam rotary kiln ( komposter) . Simpan di tempat sejuk dan tetap tertutup Dalam beberapa hari kemudian ( 7 hari) , bahan kompos akan kering dan gembur. Saring atau ayak untuk memisahkan berbagai jenis ukuran sesuai keperluan.
Alat mesin Biophoskko® ARK-1000L ini memiliki kemampuan khusus:
- Dapat berjalan secara otomatis bergerak dan memutar berdasar jadwal sesuai keperluan dalam pembuatan kompos, yang dalam hal ini disesuaikan dengan jenis bakteri pengurai misalnya setiap pagi, sore dan malam hari.
- Memberi tanda ( alarm) pada saat dekomposisi selesai untuk membuka dan menutup katup kran untuk melepaskan pupuk organik cair (dapat diatur kembali berdasarkan permintaan).
- Kipas listrik (exhaust fan) dapat menyala otomatis jika suhu dalam komposter lebih tinggi dari keperluan agar bakteri melakukan dekomposisi bahan organik.
- Kontrol On/Off root blower memberi aerasi dan sekaligus suhu bagi berlangsungnya proses dekomposisi ( mesophilic), bekerjanya sistim kontrol suhu, kelembaban (humidity)
- Mematikan bakteri yang merugikan (pathogenik) dengan hembusan suhu dari pemanas ( Heat Exchanger/HE maupun pemanas induksi/ Induction Heater) hingga 70 derajat Celcius)
CARA KERJA MESIN OTOMATIS
Metode PID dan Sensor
Metode yang digunakan untuk mengontrol proses dekomposisi bahan organik ( sampah, limbah pertanian dan sisa makanan) adalah pengontrol PID ( Proportional – Integral – Derivative). Keuntungannya adalah sistem yang membuat keputusan lebih cepat. Dalam rangkaian pengendali ini, metode penyetelan manual ( hand tunning) digunakan sebagai penentu parameter PID. Sensor dalam sistem pengolahan bahan organik ini menggunakan sensor suhu PT 100 (° C).
Sistem pengendalian ini dimulai saat suhu bahan di dalam mesin mencapai batas bawah 25°C, ketika terdeteksi oleh sensor PT100°C. PID mengeluarkan sinyal terkontrol kepada dinamo motor menjalankan pengaduk (ribbon mixer). Dan, bersamaan dengan itu juga membuka pintu (intake) pengisian penggembur (bulking agent).
Suhu mesin komposter otomatis dijaga agar bisa tetap berada dikisaran yang kondusif bagi aktifitas bakteri mesofik pada 30-45°C, PH netral ( 6-8).
Dengan otomatisasi, pekerjaan operator lebih kepada menjaga keberadaan bahan2 serta pengeluaran (panen) antaranya:
1. menyiapkan bahab baku isian (bbi) berupa sampah organik, limbah dan/atau biomassa dalam bentuk hasil pencacahan dengan ukuran 1-2 cm sebagaimana hasil standar dari Mesin Pencacah Organik2. Memastikan bahan baku tambahan agar proses memenuhi syarat ( PH netral, C/N ratio= 30, ukuran 1-2 cm), dengan cara mengisi hooper stock penggembur ( untuk dosis minimal 3 % dari bahan baku ( 30 kg / ton ) penggembur (bulking agent) GP2 serta bakteri pengurai (aktivator) GP1,3. Memastikan pintu tertutup rapat, menghidupkan (ON) panel listrik yang otomatis memberi daya peralatan root blower menjalankan pemanas ( induction heater) dan aerasi berdasar kebutuhan proses dekomposisi berada pada kondisi mesophilic bagi bekerjanya bakteri pengurai pada Green Phoskko GP14. Hari ke 2, pada kondisi dekomposisi selesai yang ditandai alert system ( lampu dan bunyi), pintu dapat dibuka dan material dikeluarkan5. Kegiatan akhir memasukan material kedalam karung kemasan terbuat dari PP berpori dan melakukan penyimpanan di tempat beraerasi baik namun terlindung dari hujan
